Avacious is...

reeling from one of those middle-of-the-night, wake-you-out-of-a-sound-sleep leg cramps that seemed to go on forever. Does anyone else ever think that they're never going to be able to walk again when that's happening?

glad Supernatural is coming back. It may be a rerun Thursday, but I have sorely missed my Sam and Dean.

looking forward to the rest of Sense and Sensibility, but was surprised that it opened with a love scene featuring ragged breathing. I was kind of glad I wasn't watching it with my parents.

contemplating what she would sing if she ever did karaoke. This will be a facebook note shortly.

really enjoying the Lite Brite's presence in her office. Even if it does stay on for only 3 minutes and then shut itself off to conserve batteries. Times have changed!

out of many important staples of life, like milk, Dr. Pepper, lettuce, and Strawberry mini-wheats. And mustard. Who runs out of mustard?

beginning to catch Spring Fever, but is also suffering from hockey withdrawal. Very confusing.

Who was that love scene supposed to be? I too was surprised by the ragged breathing and all. Did they never explain that?

I hate those leg cramps. I've heard from good authority you're supposed to walk on cold tile or something when they start. I've been getting wicked ones in my foot (weird) and have found that ice helps.

Environmentally sound Lite Brite! What is the world coming to?

Eat a banana now and then to avoid those leg and foot cramps. Really.

Ok...I don't know who that love scene was...I can only imagine we're going to find out and that it involves Willoughby in some way. I haven't read the book, and I'm totally in suspense.
You ain't kidding about the bananas...I actually eat them a lot now, but since I'm out of groceries, bananas have been out of my diet for about two weeks. For some reason, my calves seem to be hard as rocks these days. Even Lee, who fits my pointe shoes, noticed and gave me an assignment to fix it (which isn't working). The problem with walking on cold tile is I literally can't walk. It's so painful I can't get up. And I'm often half-asleep, which makes it worse.
Fortunately, it seems to have died down.

I haven't read the book either, so I'm not sure. Have you seen the Emma Thompson/Kate Winslet version? I was so in love with that movie in high school. If you haven't seen it, you should rent it! This version is holding up to it for me though; I was worried it might not.
