So, I haven't seen the show, but I finally broke down and bought the CD for Wicked this weekend. I had a project to finish and also had the song Popular stuck in my head (which I really have only heard a couple of times, in comparison to Defying Gravity, which is on my Shuffle). I want to see the show, but the last opportunity involved twenty-odd students, and that's not how I want to see a show for the first time.
But the CD is way fun; I like Idina Menzel, but there's something about Kristin Chenoweth that I adore, and I can't figure it out. It's not that she's cute, because ordinarily that just makes me cranky. She's just entertaining.
And my project got done. Tra la!
