London

Don't you worry, kids. I am back from the wilds of London, England and the Detroit airport, and I am safe and sound.

Many, many things have happened in the past nine days, and I am working on a series of posts, so just sit tight until I can get with the program. Brain not working so good, especially since stamps seem to have gone up 2 cents in my absence and the post office thinks one of my apartments is vacant, which leads to a missing gas bill.

In the meantime, here is a brief selection of pictures from my London 2007 vacation.

(left) Bill and I do some heavy thinking.

(right) The Tower of London. They let me out with my head still attached.

(left) Windsor Castle garden-on-a-slope.

And, just so you know I'm not vain (WHY is my left eye always higher than my right in pictures? Is it that way in real life? Do I just raise my eyebrow too much? My face looks old.), here is a picture of me after a night's delay in Detroit, "sleeping" in a hotel after my forty-minute flight was cancelled.

I'm glad you're back safe and sound, and I can't wait to hear more about it!

So, you were stranded in Detroit? We could've come and rescued you!
